Ionia is operated by Ionia OS, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit ionia.sh, trust.ionia.sh, or related Ionia websites and services, contact us, or otherwise interact with Ionia (collectively, the "Services").

If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, references to "you" include that organization where the context allows.

• Information you provide, including your name, work email address, company name, phone number, messages, support requests, billing details, and business content or configuration details.
• Account information, if accounts are enabled, including login credentials, role, workspace, settings, and related profile details.
• Payment information when paid services are offered. Payment card details are processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe; we do not intentionally store full payment card numbers.

We may use third-party providers for hosting and edge infrastructure, form processing, payments, analytics, customer support, and business operations. These providers process information under their own policies and our instructions where applicable.

Ionia may make customer-authorized public business content easier for AI systems, crawlers, search engines, or other integrations to access. We do not control how those third parties process public content after access.

• With your organization, administrators, authorized users, or connected services.
• With third parties at your direction or with your consent.
• For legal, safety, and compliance reasons.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction.

As of the effective date, we do not sell personal information for money or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are commonly defined under California law.

We may use cookies, local storage, server logs, and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember preferences, measure performance, understand usage, and improve security. Browser settings can usually refuse or delete cookies, though some features may not function properly without them.
